About
A program built around an elite selection of champion mares — each selected for the future of the rope horse.
We are committed to elevating the rope horse industry through carefully selected genetics, proven mares, and a program built for the future of the sport.
Elevating the standard
At Kingpin Genetics, we are committed to producing and preserving the highest quality rope horse genetics in the industry. By carefully selecting and developing elite mares with proven performance and exceptional bloodlines, we aim to elevate the standard of rope horse breeding.
Built on quality
Our mission is to provide horsemen with genetically superior prospects that excel in the arena while ensuring the legacy of the rope horse continues for generations to come. With a focus on integrity, innovation, and the advancement of the sport, Kingpin Genetics is dedicated to shaping the future of rope horse breeding.
The partnership driving the program forward.
A breeding operation built on shared values and a single standard — owned by PRCA World Champion Header Kaleb Driggers and industry leader Jeremy Barwick, with trainer Cole Davison shaping each horse from the ground up.

This program means a lot to me. Kingpin isn’t just about ownership—it’s about investing in quality horses, strong partnerships, and doing things the right way from the ground up.
We’re selectively acquiring proven mares, raising the next generation, and offering access to embryos from the program for those who want to be part of where the rope horse industry is headed. The industry has come a long way, and our breeding decisions are made with that progress in mind.

With Kingpin, we try to be thoughtful in every decision—selecting the right mares, making crosses we believe in, and building something we’re proud to stand behind from the start. The rope horse industry has evolved, and we’re focused on breeding horses specifically for this job, which is something we take a lot of pride in.
Kaleb and I have always kept things simple and honest. I trust him completely in the arena and on the rodeo trail, and his perspective plays an important role in the decisions we make for the program. It’s pretty special that we grew up less than 15 minutes apart in Georgia and all these years later we’re building this together.
With Kaleb competing on the road, Cole Davison plays a big role in the day-to-day development of these futurity horses. His training and insight help keep the program moving forward. When we see one of those horses carry the “K” brand down the arena a few years from now, that’s what it’s all about.

Being part of this program means a lot to me. It’s not every day you get to work alongside guys that think the same way you do and believe in the kind of rope horse we’re trying to produce.
What I appreciate about Kingpin is how intentional everything is — from the mares we’re breeding to the way these horses are brought along. It’s not rushed, and it’s not guesswork. There’s a standard we’re trying to meet, and that makes my job meaningful every day.
I enjoy being hands-on with these horses from the start and helping shape them into what they’re meant to be. When everyone involved is on the same page, it makes a difference — you can feel it in the horses and in the program as a whole.
